If you listen closely to the lull of the ocean, the wailing of a woman can be heard. The purest and most haunting voice that you'll ever hear laments her story in a sea of the tears that she has wept from her life as a land-dweller. Most assume that she chose this fate, but they remain ignorant to the true events that occurred.

Deep in the Sailorman's Rest, these cursed Sirens lurk. Once human, these women were misshapen by a necromantic spell cast upon them. Their survival is composed of using their alluring voices to lure travelers toward them, quickly feeding on their bodies once their prey is ensnared.

These women were raped and held prisoner by the cruel King Demetrius, who hoped to conceive a child through any necessary means. When the women would fail at producing an heir, Demetrius would slaughter and toss them over a cliff, into what would later be known as the “Sailorman’s Rest.” Unbeknownst to him, these tortured women would rise again, twisting into these bloodthirsty demons through use of the dark magic he'd later find.
